February Family Fight Nights is our special month-long celebration of family, fitness, and fun through the art of Shaolin Kempo Karate!
Every Friday in February at 6:00 PM, join us for a free, beginner-friendly 1-hour Kempo sparring class designed especially for families. This is your chance to train side-by-side with your kids, parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, or even grandparents—no prior experience required!
Led by Sensei Jesse and our supportive team, these sessions focus on the essential building blocks of safe, enjoyable sparring:
